FucoiGold® Fucoidan is natural fucoidan extract powder extracted from sea plant laminaria japonica, Syn: Laminaria saccharina (L.) LAMOUROUX (Alga Kombu).  It features the highest levels of purity fucoidan 85%, the lowest levels of heavy metals and a very low Iodine content (50ppm).

Core production process: Gentle Extraction ・Preservation of active ingredients

Water extraction: Select high-quality laminaria japonica, remove impurities, and soak in tap water for a specified time. The complex polysaccharides fucoidan will be dissolved in the water, achieving extraction.

Separation and impurity removal: The extract is treated with filter aids and ultrafiltration to separate impurities and inorganic salts from the target extract. Harmful metal ions are removed through ion exchange to obtain a concentrated extract solution.

Sterilization: The concentrated extract is sterilized at high temperature in a sterilization tank.

Drying: The sterilized concentrated extract solution is dried to obtain a solid fucoidan powder.
